There is much talk about new communities, here are my two cents.

There is much debate about what will happen now to these communities. Communities are like coalitions, they are sometimes temporary and fragile things. There has been a lot built up here, and these will all continue to evolve. Here are some other communities you may wish to also join.

I know it is way too soon, but I created this community before the election because I had hope.

I co-moderate this long lasting but smaller Obama community. Generally anything Obama related is accepted and debate can often flow between very different perspectives.

This is another community I co-moderate and it's focus will no doubt be on new Obama and other possible policies that would largely be considered progressive. It might be more policy specific than some of you wish, but the more the better!

Here is yet another community I co-maintain that has an even more explicit focus on economic policy and what we can do to get out of our current economic situation.
Also of similar interest:

Here is a hip new community that is already rapidly growing that I will contribute to, but do not moderate or maintain.

If you want to perhaps bash the right, this may be of interest.

And here is the last Obama related community I know that is lots of fun.

I highly suggest viewing these great photos of President Obama.
This is how I feel today, well I know it's the crazy Ewok song but the words are still a celebration.

My local newspaper appears to be calling Florida for Obama, but it is way too early, isn't it?
What will McCain do now that he has lost?

Place your bets!

Because, why not?
What percentage of the total U.S. vote will Obama get?
In 2004 Bush got 50.07% and said it was a mandate.
We all remember what Bush got in 2000.
I say Obama will get 54%, and that is going out on a limb. A safer bet would be 52%, what do you bet?

Star trek geeks out there?

All right people, it's the time of reckoning and we've got to make sure Obama will be our next president.  Tell all of your friends to vote, don't just assume that Barack already had all the votes he needs.

Reverend Wright commercials on MSNBC?

Fine, if they can go negative, so can I!
So I like to keep MSNBC on during the day, and sometimes I flip to fox or other networks to see what they have to say.

Has anybody noticed the sudden Reverent Wright commercials?
My first thought was of course how dumb it is to spend money on this old news, but why MSNBC? Of all of the places? Way to waste money you guys. I guess I should be thankful that the right continues to kind of be clueless.

Another random example I just encountered. McCain chooses dumb ass states to visit.

In this, his last day, he is going to Tennessee and New Mexico? He is going other places as well, but why waste time on Tennessee that is 100% going GOP and why waste time on New Mexico that is 100% going DEM? And then he is going to rally in his own state of Arizona. Well, this one makes a little bit of sense at least because it is his home.

OK, a couple of funnies:

Yes We Can Flow

Yes We Can Flow

The first time I saw anybody spin fire, I was transfixed and inspired, but it was so far removed from my vision of myself that it didn't occur to me that I could do it. Subconciously, I thought that Other Kinds of People do crazy circus things like that.

Six months later, I went to Burning Man for the first time. I found myself in a supportive, encouraging, inspiring community that helped me break through that myth. I realized that there are no Other Kinds of People. Anybody can do anything. I can do anything.
YOU can do anything.

Take a moment and imagine what living in a country like that would be like... where the public sentiment that trickles down from the leadership is one of inspiration and unity -- as opposed to fear.

Please send this to others, if you're inspired.

Thanks ruespieler for editing and co-shooting.
Thanks Obama, Will.I.Am and the Yes We Can crew for inspiration and Resources.

Here are the Resources I used and the Result I produced.
